Try this, it’s simple, it’s free, it’s fun! Here it is….. The 30 Day Connection Challenge! At TG Connection we’re condensing over 30 years of scientific research on Love into a form that is user-friendly, time-wise, and wildly efficient. The TOL Movement…what is it?

What is The TOL Movement? In order to answer that question, it helps to know what the TOL Movement is not. It is not a New Age philosophy, positive thinking, or “dream your own reality.” It has nothing to do with religion or politics, although it should have everything to do with them. Ignited by…

Go for Love; Liking is for Cowards

In his New York Times op-ed piece, “Liking is for Cowards; Go for What Hurts,” Jonathon Franzen puts an interesting spin on technology and the resultant isolation from real life. He points out that technology has become an extension of our selves; that the admiration we feel for, and the attention we give to, all…

Another Lie About Love

“Scientists prove it really is a thin line between love and hate,” says Steve Conner, Science Editor at The Independent. TRUTH OR LIE? Referring to a study by Professor Semir Zeki of University College London,  Conner goes on to say, “Love and hate are intimately linked within the human brain, according to a study that…

Who Cares?!

In our past few posts we’ve identified and discussed Respect as the first Basic Requirement of Love.   Respect is a non-active mental formation or attitude toward self, toward another person or object. And now we add CARE.  Because it is a basic requirement we can’t proceed to Love without it.  If you/we don’t Care ….

Japan…Deep in Respect

Deeper into the Pool of Respect…without going in over our heads!

Last week we dipped our toes into the waters of Respect and introduced the fact that Respect plays a foundational role as one of Love’s basic requirements.  Without Respect we can never get to Love, no matter how hard we try! There are three elements that make up Respect; Awareness, Recognition and Admiration.  Respect can’t…

Meet the Man Behind the Science

We are honored and excited to announce that Charles E. Hansen, author of “The Technology of Love,” is joining the TG Connection team in an advisory capacity. Mr. Hansen is the world’s authority on the new science of Love. “The Technology of Love” is the result of more than thirty years of ardent research.  This work…

What’s Respect Got to Do With It?

“All I want is a little respect!”   Aretha Franklin, in her wildly successful recording, asks over and over again for R-E-S-P-E-C-T…. which is the first Basic Element of Love! In our last post, we pointed out that certain factors have to be in place in order for Love to occur; these are called Basic Elements,…

Well, is it Love or isn’t it?

You don’t have to guess anymore!    No more trying to put Love into different categories such as Eros (romantic),  Philia (brotherly), or Agape (spiritual).  Either it is Love or it is not.   Love isn’t about feelings or emotions, and it’s not about physical urges.  It’s something much more tangible, realistic and even mathematical! Thanks…
