Welcome to The Great Connection

where science meets Love, creating an electrifying shift in awareness!

The way we treat each other matters.

The world is full of chaos.  You can blame economics or politics or peak oil, but the underlying cause of nearly all the problems we face on this planet is a lack of Love.

Yet, we find no real concerted effort in our society dedicated to the study and greater understanding of Love, the most powerful force that can change the world.

Instead, we are pumped full of trivial TV programs, political rivalry and division in the news media, and violent entertainment in movies and video games. An abundance of rude and disrespectful behavior can be found at nearly every public event, in traffic, on the internet, in political advertising, etc.

It’s time to STOP!

At TG Connection we are uncovering the truth about what Love really is and how it works, based on 30 years of research, the latest science, and universal principles.  We are looking at Love through the lens of reality, and we’re going to bust the myths that have kept it captive and out of reach.

Love is cause-able, understandable  and do-able.  It adds purpose to all of our daily interactions with other people, down to the smallest detail.  It empowers us to be the change we seek in this world. It is the one thing that makes everything else work right.

Isn’t it time to give your attention to Love?

Join us for a shift in awareness, a breaking open of the truth, a pathway to real happiness and peace.

Love is what we need.  It’s time for a move toward educated Love…so we can learn to Love like we know what we’re doing!

It’s time…don’t you think?

As you view the world, remember that the black patches of evil which you see are shown against a white background of ultimate good… When there is so much good truth to publish and proclaim, why should men dwell so much upon the evil in the world just because it appears to be a fact? The beauties of the spiritual values of truth are more pleasurable and uplifting than is the phenomenon of evil.”   (Truthbook.com quote of the day)

The world seems shattered in view of innocent children and adults shot down in a school in Connecticut.  But, what will change?

Guns do not “make” people shoot other people.  Guns are mere things, with no power of their own.

The way we think is what is behind our actions.

The time is now.  Are you brave enough to ask:  What is influencing the way you and I think?  Aren’t we simply drowning in a culture pathetically handicapped and entrenched in violence and disregard for the uniqueness of the individual?

… it is not in guns, motion pictures, video-games, or bumper-stickers that explanations are to be found. All of these things – objects lacking in will – are nothing more than expressions of the purposes and values to be found within our own minds. It is our thinking that generates demands for such things, and it is to our thinking that we must repair if we are truly desirous of ending our participation in the madness of our world.“  Butler Schaffer, (read full article here)

Go ahead, put bigger and better locks on the doors.  Throw as much money as you want at schools and security, create another commission, and add more pages of government legislation to the massive amount of laws already on the books.  Do you really believe this is the answer to anything?!

What is Love?

Real answers will only come when we begin learning how to love.  Until the causal factors and action elements of Love are daily being taught, nurtured and freely applied throughout our culture (and that includes the arenas of education, business and government), there isn’t going to be any change.  Count on it.

Our hearts are broken over the suffering and deaths of innocent children…everywhere.  For them, change is too late.  We hope you will look into the happy faces and voices of the children in this video and rise up today, right now, and do your part to start bringing real Love to the world.  Accept no substitute.    It’s time.

What Do You Know About Love?

This morning I came across a website that had a poll asking a single question about love.  The results were interesting.  70% said true love makes them feel healthier and happier, while almost 20% said they wish they knew what true love is. People know how love makes them feel. But what else do we…

Pitirim Alexandrovich Sorokin – Warrior for Love

Born in Russia on January 21, 1889, Sorokin lived a colorful, productive and heroic life, that led to possibly the world’s greatest study of creative love.

“Starting my life as a son of a poor itinerant artisan and peasant mother, I have subsequently been a farmhand, itinerant artisan, factory worker, clerk, teacher, conductor of a choir, revolutionary, political prisoner, journalist, student, editor of a metropolitan paper, member of Kerensky’s cabinet, an exile, professor at Russian, Czech, and American universities, and a scholar of an international reputation.”

Living under the Communist regime in Russia, he did all he could to speak for the freedom of the people and overthrow the Communist government.  He was arrested several times, and in 1918 was finally condemned to death by Lenin, but was eventually set free.  He returned to The University of St. Petersburg, founded the Department of Sociology there, and was again arrested and exiled.  He emigrated to America in 1922 and went on to found the Department of Sociology at Harvard, and established the Harvard Research Center in Creative Altruism in 1949, which he directed until his retirement. He was the author of 37 books and more than 400 articles.

In his autobiography, he gives much credit to the fact that he was well loved throughout his life.

(For a descriptive autobiography and list of his works and theories, visit SorokinFoundation.org)

A tireless researcher of creative altruism, Sorokin remained fearless in his ability to speak out against the machinations that work against the love, spirit and freedom that belong to every person.

“[T]he expectation of a severe opposition and other unpleasant consequences of my “deviant”—integralist—standpoint did not, for a moment, make me hesitate to publish these volumes. My usual “bullheadedness” (mentioned before), and my deepest conviction that a supreme duty of a scholar is “to tell the truth” as he sees it, regardless of any and all consequences, are probably responsible for a lack of hesitation, on my part, in challenging the prevalent theories in my later volumes. The expected opposition and some of the adverse “existential” consequences have come, indeed.”

Despite everything, he was pleased to see his work gain popularity among certain eminent thinkers around the world.  In his later years he observed:

“Personally I am gratified by both-positive and negative—reactions to my “mental productions.”

The work of Pitirim Sorokin has been one of the main inspirations behind The Technology of Love, by Charles E. Hansen, and continues to inspire a growing number of brave thinkers worldwide.

Love Like You Know What You’re Doing!

Everybody needs Love, and no one is happy without it.  We are “hardwired” for Love by our Creator, and we can’t survive without it.   Nearly every problem facing our world can be reduced to a lack of Love—a violation of Love at some level.  Shouldn’t something that is so essential to the existence of humanity be more easily grasped and available?

At TG Connection we’re uncovering new research that gives you a blueprint to follow for building healthy, happy relationships at every imaginable level.  It will affect not only the  relationships closest to your heart, such as God, family and friends, but even the way you interact with complete strangers, business associates, your dog– all the way to your relationship with the environment.   You can even use it to affect religion, politics, industry and every other aspect of society!

Join us for a life changing journey.
